Time

Our wines lie most of the time in the quietness. These are whites and reds which undergo the winemaking process for a month or two, and then are stowed for years, in silence. First and foremost, ours are wines of quiet. In Altar Uco, we respect the time each wine needs to be “full” and complete, when nothing is missing.

Only then, when we feel the wine evolved and achieved its strength, its first glorious moment, we launch it into the market.
