THE PHILOSOPHY

Altar Uco is a project born as a result of the obstinacy of its author, Juan Pablo Michelini, who relentlessly seeks to make his dream wine. “Dream” as synonymous with “completed” and “perfection”. But, as the perfect wine does not exist, we pursue a dream that is renewed ageing after ageing. That is Altar Uco’s constant quest, and this is why it is an endless project which had a beginning, an idea, a wish, but will never come to an end.

Altar Uco has a very peculiar relationship with time: it is a “continuous” project that is always active, undergoing a process, renovating a dream on a daily basis.
